HOW LONG AFTER I ORDER WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM ?
DAL RAE is a small operation and it may take up to you 5-7 days for your orders to be processed during to delays in shipping related to COVID-19, we appreciate your understanding.
We will do our best to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. All customers receive a shipping notification with tracking information, once the order has been processed. We process and ship orders TUESDAY – SATURDAY.
Please note that hat shipping will take up to 1 week to currently ship due to delays related to COVID-19.
Hat shipping rates are currently a flat rate of 20 USD anywhere in US.

HOW WILL MY ITEM SHIP
All US purchases are either shipped via USPS priority mail or FEDEX ground and usually take 2-5 business days for delivery depending upon location. Expedited shipping incurs an extra charge.
International purchases are shipped either through USPS priority mail or DHL, depending on the shipping options available. Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. DAL RAE is not responsible for any import duties or taxes, which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service for customs office for further information.
If you choose to decline receipt of your package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, duties, and / or custom charges incurred for the return. DAL RAE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
